PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method, an optical pick-up device and an optical information recording apparatus capable of precisely recording information on an inexpensive optical information recording medium for hologram recording.

SOLUTION: Light beams are split into two partial beams by a DMD53 so as to be symmetric with respect to a point to each other centered at an optical axis of the light beams in a plane vertical to the optical axis via a collimator lens 52, one side partial beam is converted into a reference beam and the other side partial beam is converted into a signal beam. Then, the reference beam and the signal beam are condensed to a reflection surface by a condenser lens 60 so that an interference region in a recording layer where the reference beam proceeding to the reflection surface and the signal beam reflected at the reflection surface interfere each other and an interference region in a recording layer where the reference beam reflected at the reflection surface and the signal beam proceeding to the reflection surface interfere each other become symmetric with respect to a point to each other.
