FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprise tubular case with connection thread, thrust and pusher. Besides, it comprises top and bottom packer elements arranged at ends, studs, low-pressure chamber and valve. Note here that top and bottom packer setting elements are composed of barrel-like collar. Note here that top packer setting element is arranged at tubular case outer surface while bottom element is arranged at outer surface of the pusher plugged at bottom to interact with well bottom. Thrust is equipped with radial holes and arranged at outer surfaces of tubular case and pusher to interact with top and bottom packer setting elements. Note here that pusher in initial position is retained relative to said thrust by bottom shear pin while tubular case is locked by top shear pin relative to said thrust. Note here that top shear pin failure force is higher than that of bottom shear pin. Sleeve is telescopically fitted inside tubular case and pusher. Internal circular recess is made inside tubular case above said sleeve. In initial position, sleeve thrusts against collapsible element from below, said element being fitted in pusher to disconnect thrust radial holes from low-pressure chamber. In working position, thrust radial holes can communicate the bed with low-pressure chamber after action of internal circular recess at the sleeve top end with pin failure and downward displacement of the sleeve.
