<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display selected data so as to determine the location of the data in an entire list without using a scroll bar. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a row number indicating the position, from the head of the list, of the data selected by an input means 15, the number of all the data included in the list stored in a storage means 13, and the number of data to be displayed on a screen, a calculation means 12 calculates the display positions of a group of display data to be displayed on the screen and the selected data in the group of display data.
