<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout excellent not only in gas-barrier properties for preventing the intrusion of oxygen into a container but also in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In this spout 1, a diaphragm 6 for closing a pour-out port is provided in a pour-out cylinder portion 2; a multilayer cylinder-like sleeve 8 with a functional resin layer 9 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the pour-out cylinder portion; and a lower end of the diaphragm 6 and that of the sleeve 8 are located in a position to serve as a portion 16 for being sealed to a container body 15. The spout 1 is heat-sealed to an opening of the container body 15. The spout 1 is injection-molded through the following steps: the sleeve 8 with the functional resin layer is separately formed, and mounted in an upper core mold, and positioned in a cavity which is formed of a female mold and cavity mold, so that its lower end can reach a cavity position to form a mounting portion serving as the portion being sealed to the container body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
