PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windshield device of a saddle-riding type vehicle which can be attached without narrowing a space on the rear side of a screen. SOLUTION: The windshield device 1 for the saddle-riding type vehicle attached to a frontal portion of the saddle-type vehicle 2 comprises the screen 3, and stays 4 for supporting the screen 3. Each stay 4 is composed of a J-shaped member, and comprises a supporting portion 15 supporting the screen 3 from the front side of the screen 3 on the first side thereof; and a fixing portion 16 fixed to the saddle-type vehicle 2 on the second side thereof that extends backward from the first side.
