PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental seal for Deko-den (a mobile phone ornament) etc. hardly adhering dust. SOLUTION: In a double-sided seal 1, a powdery ornament material 4 called lame is scattered and adhered to gaps 1a formed between ornament parts 2 aligned at random. That is, since the gaps between a large number of the ornament parts 2 are covered and concealed by the decoration material 4, an adhesive part is not exposed, hence the dust hardly deposit.
