<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for restraining leakage from an electrode to the toner, and for maintaining amount of changing of the toner, that is hopping, at a proper value. <P>SOLUTION: In this toner carrier, formed by sequentially laminating the electrodes and surface protection layers on an insulating support body, in the toner carrier for a development device provided with a voltage impression means, having the plurality of electrodes arrayed inside the toner carrier with a prescribed interval, and for impressing voltages to the electrodes to change time-serially the electric field among the plurality of electrodes, and provided with a toner carrier for forming a grout, by flying the toner on the toner carrier by the electric field between the electrodes, a regulation member for regulating the toner amount is formed on the toner carrier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
