A technique or a program line-up for implementing effective foreign language learning in the monitor screen of online and offline are provided for a user to check conveniently analysis contents about a foreign language sentence implemented on the monitor screen, thereby enabling even a foreign language beginner to learn the foreign language efficiently systematically. If a user moves a main icon(1) on a word(2a) and double-clicks(4a) a mouse(4), a comprehensive analysis icon(5) is displayed. In case the user needs data and comprehensive analysis information about the unspecified word of a foreign language sentence displayed on a monitor screen(6), the user moves the main icon on the unspecified word and double-clicks the mouse. And the comprehensive icon is displayed on the monitor screen. On comprehensive analysis icon is displayed a word pronunciation icon(5a), a sentence utterance icon, a grammar decomposition icon, a synthesis grammar icon, an English dictionary icon, a meaning decomposition icon, a part of speech decomposition icon, a word meaning icon, and a guide icon. If the user clicks each icon displayed on the monitor screen, the analysis content of the foreign language sentence is individually displayed.
