A method for low-invasion intervention in the abdominal organs in females provides for the use of minilaparoscopic instruments. Through the omphalus, the trocar with Veress needle as stylet is inserted into the abdominal cavity. The insufflation of carbon dioxide is performed. Upon the attainment of the specified value of intra-abdominal pressure, Veress needle is removed and substituted by laparoscope inserted through trocar. The diagnostic examination of the abdominal cavity is performed with the aid of the minilaparoscope. When the surgical pathology is detected, the decision on the laparoscopic surgical intervention is made. Under the control of minilaparoscope, two trocars are inserted via the posterior vaginal fornix into the abdominal cavity. One trocar is used for inserting laparoscope, while the other laparoscope is used for inserting the laparoscopic instruments, namely dissector, ultrasonic scissors, clamps, clipper, and others. The trocar inserted through omphalus is used for inserting minilaparoscopic instruments. Under laparoscopic control, low-invasion intervention is performed resecting gall bladder and left ovarian cyst. |
