<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow transaction in a cash automatic management device even in a period until an operator card is reissued when an operator card cannot be used due to damage or loss of the card. <P>SOLUTION: This cash automatic management device is provided with: a card reading means for reading identification information of an operator card or the like; a personal identification number input means for enabling an operator to input a password or the like; and an identification means for collating the identification information or the like with the password or the like for identification.
