IC CARD COMMUNICATION DEVICE, ARTICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card communication device excellent in operability for surely holding an IC card on a communication face and an article management system equipped with a management unit having the IC card communication device.

SOLUTION: The IC card communication device 16 includes an antenna part 25 having a communication surface 24 on an external face capable of communicating with an IC card 15. Also, a card holding board 26 is installed on the communication surface 24. The card holding board 26 is mounted so as to be rotatable from a communication surface 24 to a direction where an upper end section is isolated by a mounting tool 27. Then, an article management system 1 includes a storage shelf 5 having a storage division 7 for storing an article 2, and an article information antenna 8 capable of communicating article information with an RFID tag 4 is installed corresponding to a storage division 7. Also, the article management system 1 includes a management unit 13 having an IC card communication device 16 capable of communicating the article information from the article information antenna 8 and a management PC 14 capable of communicating with this management unit 13.
