<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single screw for producing a thermoplastic resin film which solves faulty appearances such as fisheyes and poor dispersion of blend resins while retaining a high discharge rate and low heat generation, and to provide an extrusion film forming method using the screw. <P>SOLUTION: In the single screw comprising a feed section, a compression section and a metering section, the length of feed section is 30% or more of overall screw length L, the length of compression section is 40% or more of the overall screw length L, a barrier flight to halve a groove is provided in the compression section, a screw cave diameter on upstream side of the groove halved by the barrier flight is 85-95% of barrel diameter, and the screw cave diameter of the metering section is 70-85% of barrel diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
