The present invention provides a transmitting method, a receiving method, a transmitting apparatus, a receiving apparatus for random access configuration information, nodes of a first kind and nodes of a second kind, wherein, the method comprises: the nodes of the first kind receive reference signals of a first kind from the nodes of the second kind, wherein the nodes of the second kind include the nodes which transmit reference signals of the first kind belonging to the same subset of the reference signals of the first kind in a determined time-frequency resource set, wherein a set of reference signals of the first kind includes one or more subsets of reference signals of the first kind, and the subset of reference signals of the first kind includes one or more reference signals of the first kind (S102); the nodes of the first kind transmit random access configuration information to the nodes of the second kind according to the received reference signals of the first kind (S104). By the invention, the problem that a scheme adopting a user access system in related art results in a huge overhead of system resources when the number of accessed users is great is solved, and the effect of lowering the resource overhead is further achieved. |
