A terminal (41) of a liquid surface detection apparatus comprises: a connection portion (43, 51) provided in a connection region (43a, 51a) that is exposed from a body (70); a bending portion (45, 53) continuing in the connection region (43a, 51a) that is bent on the side where the connection region (43a, 51a) is exposed and that connects a lead wire (35, 6) to the connection portion (43, 51); and a protruding wall portion (47, 55) that is formed continuing in the connection regions (43a, 51a) including the sides of the base of the bending portion (45, 53) and that protrudes in a rising-wall shape from the connection region (43a, 51a). The body (70) comprises an extension portion (74a, 74b) that: is fastened to a fastening point (45a, 53a) of the non-bent side side surface of the bending portion (45, 53) using the bending portion (45, 53) as a boundary and a fastening point (47c, 55c) of the protruding wall portion (47, 55); and that extends, with the bending portion (45, 53) set as a boundary, to the side opposite the connection portion (43, 51). |
