PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a system enabling automatic log-in when using a plurality of services, and capable of ensuring safety, even if a client terminal used by a user is not fixed.SOLUTION: A management server 14 is equipped with a use state management portion 36, and a user list file 38. A terminal 16 is equipped with a server inquiry portion 30 and a registry setting portion 32. The use state management portion 36 searches the user list file 38 by a user name transmitted from the terminal 16, returns a use refusal image for a service during use and returns an ID and a password for services not used, and sets that the service is in use in the user list file 38. The server inquiry portion 30 transmits a user name during log on to the management server 14. When the ID and the password of the service are transmitted from the management server 14, a registry setting portion 32 sets that in a registry. When the user log off the terminal 16, the ID and the password on the registry are deleted. |
