PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a processing speed of a boxing device, thereby improving throughput of entire manufacturing facilities in a factory.SOLUTION: A boxing device 100 comprises a product transport conveyor 11, a product accumulation conveyor 12, an accumulation mechanism 20, a cramming part 52, and a product group moving mechanism 30. The product transport conveyor 11 conveys a product P in a conveyance direction x. The product accumulation conveyor 12 conveys a plurality of products P in the conveyance direction x to accumulate the plurality of products P. The accumulation mechanism 20 lifts up the product P conveyed by the product transport conveyor 11 and places it on the product accumulation conveyor 12. The cramming part 52 is disposed downstream of the conveyance direction x of the product accumulation conveyor 12 and puts a box B on standby to cram the product P therein. The product group moving mechanism 30 lifts up a product group G consisting of the products P accumulated by the accumulation mechanism 20 at once and crams it into the box B on standby at the cramming part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
