PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method, a surface treatment apparatus and an aluminum surface treatment material that can form a coating with superior adhesion durability on a surface of an aluminum material without spoiling productivity etc., even when a treatment liquid to be recycled by circulation in the apparatus is used.SOLUTION: A surface treatment method includes: a processing liquid supply process S5 of supplying to an aluminum material a treatment liquid containing at least one kind between a titanium fluoride compound and a zirconium fluoride compound; a treatment liquid holding process S6 of stopping supplying the treatment liquid and holding the treatment liquid on a surface of the aluminum material; and a washing process S7 of washing a coating formed on the surface of the aluminum material. The treatment liquid in the process S5 satisfies at least one of a titanium concentration of 30-1,000 ppm and a zirconium concentration of 30-1,000 ppm and also has a total amount of 1,600 ppm or larger of the titanium concentration and zirconium concentration, and a holding time in the process S6 is 1-10 seconds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
