The invention relates to a device with a Raman probe. The aim of the invention is to provide a device which comprises a Raman probe and which allows an in vivo endoscopic examination of biological tissue. This is achieved in that the device comprises a laser light source (12), a detector (18), a detection and control unit (16), a Raman spectrometer (17), an external fiber (9), and a measurement probe (14) which contains a bundle (13) of light guides with at least one fiber (1). A focusing element in the form of two transparent optical lenses with a transparent optical cube positioned between the lenses is arranged on the head of the measurement probe (14), and a filter layer, an absorber, a mirror, and a filter are introduced into the cube. Excitation light can be guided from the laser light source (12) through the cube via the fibers (1) and onto a biological tissue sample, and Raman signal beams coming from the tissue sample can be guided through the cube via the external fibers (9) and into the Raman spectrometer (17). |
