PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode plate for secondary battery capable of enhancing cycle characteristics, and to provide a secondary battery or a battery pack using the same.SOLUTION: A negative electrode plate for secondary battery includes a negative electrode collector, and a negative electrode active material laminate provided in the negative electrode collector. The negative electrode active material laminate includes a first negative electrode active material layer, a conductive layer, and a second negative electrode active material layer, laminated in this order. The first negative electrode active material layer, and second negative electrode active material layer contain a negative electrode active material and a binder. The conductive layer contains a conductive material, and a binder different from that contained in the first and second negative electrode active material layers. The different binder contained in the conductive layer has a tensile fracture strain conforming to JIS-K-7161(1994) and larger than that of a binder contained in the first and second negative electrode active material layers, and a tensile modulus conforming to JIS-K-7161(1994) and smaller than that of a binder contained in the first and second negative electrode active material layers. |
