摘要 FIELD: turbines.SUBSTANCE: blade assembly for a gas turbine comprises inner and outer rings and a blade arranged between the rings. Blade comprises a coated surface section which is coated with platinum-aluminide and thermal barrier coatings and represents a part of the total surface of the blade. Thermal barrier coating of the coated surface section is separated from the inner ring and/or outer ring at a distance of from 5% to 25% of the total length of the blade between the inner and outer rings. Blade additionally comprises a tapering section formed on the surface of the blade and located between the coated section of the surface and inner ring and/or between the coated section of the surface and outer ring. In the tapering section the thickness of the thermal barrier coating gradually decreases from the edge of the coated surface section to the inner or outer ring respectively. Manufacture of the said blade assembly involves coating with a section of the blade surface with platinum-aluminide and thermal barrier coatings, so that the thermal barrier coating of the coated surface section is located at a distance from the inner and/or outer ring.EFFECT: group of inventions allows to improve the reliability of a gas turbine blade.16 cl, 3 dwg
