FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, and, in particular, face detection computer equipment. Technical result is achieved by: preprocessing an image; extracting corners from preprocessed image; filtering and combining corners, to obtain a connected component of corners; extracting centroids from connected component of corners; and matching centroids with a facial template; calculating a matching probability of centroids with facial template, and identifying regions formed by centroids having a matching probability greater than or equal to a predetermined value as candidate face regions.EFFECT: technical result is improvement of accuracy of face detection and recognition algorithm.24 cl, 12 dwg |
