PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card, a portable electronic device, an IC card processing device, and an IC card processing system which offer enhanced security.SOLUTION: An IC card comprises: a communication unit; a first recording unit; a decryption unit; and an update unit. The communication unit exchanges data with an external device. The first recording unit stores a decryption key for decrypting encrypted data encrypted by the external device. The decryption unit decrypts the encrypted data received by the communication unit by using the decryption key stored by the first recording unit. If the condition for disabling the decryption key is satisfied when the decryption unit starts to decrypt the encrypted data, the update unit updates the decryption key stored in the first recording unit. |
