PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that can increase the angle of field by enlarging a pixel space without increasing the number of light emitting elements.SOLUTION: A plurality of light receiving elements 2 constituting a light receiving device 1 are arranged in each of a matrix arrangement region 1a and checkered arrangement regions 1b, 1c. A power supply line 4 for power supply is wired from a control circuit 3 to the light receiving element 2 positioned in a column direction. Since the number of light receiving elements 2 is reduced in the checkered arrangement areas 1b, 1c, the power supply line 4 is not required to be configured in a thicker pattern than necessary, and can be arranged so as to be overlapped with a light receiving circuit 2b of the light receiving element 2. Accordingly, the light receiving portions 2a of the light receiving elements 2 can be densely arranged without providing any arrangement gap therebetween. Although element-absent pixels are generated, pixel information can be generated by using light reception information of element-present pixels according to interpolation processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
