PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley for a toothed belt capable of being produced easily and lowering costs. SOLUTION: A tooth shaped plate 14 and a disk 15 are made by stamping metal or high polymer material. The tooth shaped plate 14 has a pulley tooth surface 12 along a peripheral direction A. The pulley 11 is integrally constituted by inserting the disk 15 into the tooth shaped plates 14 laminated orderly. A grooves 13 is formed along the peripheral direction A in a part wherein the disk 15 is inserted because the disk 15 is smaller than a tooth bottom radius of a tooth surface 12 of the tooth shaped plate 14.
