PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high reliability and low cost of the magnetic flux adjustment means of an electromagnetic induction heat fixing device and improve image quality. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction heat fixing device, members (ribs) are disposed in order that the contact resistance of magnetic flux shield plates serving as magnetic flux adjusting means is reduced when the plates rotate along the external circumference of an electromagnetic induction heat generating part and in order that they safely rotate.
