PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air tightness test holder capable of easily performing the air tightness test by bringing the holder into contact with the joint part for the air tightness test device. SOLUTION: The piping 2 and the another piping 3, each interior of which are hollow are connected while communicating their hollow parts. The holder 10 is used for the air tightness test by adhering to the joint part 6 from inside of each member. The inside of the piping is a hollow part 16 capable of introducing a pressurized fluid, and one side of the main hollow part 16 is opened and the end of the main adhering wall 12 adheres to the around of the joint part 6 as a freely adhering main adherent surface, and an negative pressure chamber 28 is provided for making the main adhering wall 12 adhere to the inside of each piping 2, and 3.
