A flat panel display device is provided to reduce the thickness of the display device by reducing the frame width by decreasing the number of signal lines between data drivers. A flat panel display device includes a glass substrate(210), a pixel matrix(220), a data driver(230), and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board,240). The pixel matrix includes pixel circuit arrays, which are arranged on the glass substrate. The data driver is attached to the glass substrate by a gold contact bump. Transmission lines between the data drivers are directly arranged on the glass substrate, so that a WOA(Wire-On-Array) transmission structure is formed. The data driver output the image data to the pixel matrix. The PCB is arranged behind the glass substrate. The glass substrate includes a timing controller, which transmits a control signal, a clock signal, and pixel data to the data driver via a signal line on an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board). |
