An electronic parking brake valve system for an air brake vehicle is provided to install easily by simplifying structure, to release a parking brake timely by restricting time delay for reaching desired pressure, and to reduce the weight of the vehicle by properly arranging parts. A brake system of a vehicle includes a hydraulic pressure source supplying braking force to a brake driving unit having a parking brake chamber, and a combination valve(28) connecting the brake driving unit to the hydraulic pressure source and having an inlet connected to the hydraulic pressure source and an outlet connected to the brake driving unit. The combination valve includes a solenoid reacting according to electric signals in connecting the parking brake chamber to the hydraulic pressure source for releasing the parking brake and pressurizing the parking brake chamber or in discharging pressure from the parking brake chamber for braking, a manifold(48), an inversion valve(50), a double check valve and an anti-compounding valve(52) in a housing(42). A switch(44) is placed in a dashboard of a vehicle to generate the electric signal to the solenoid.
