PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger vein authentication system that, when a difference between finger vein patterns of an authentication template and a registration template created at the time of registration in finger vein authentication occurs, notifies a user of the difference and creates a registration template with high reproductivity at the time of re-registration, and to provide an authentication accuracy improvement method.SOLUTION: For a registration template, on the basis of a collation result stored as authentication history, validity is determined, and when it is invalid, a user is notified of the fact that re-registration is required. Comparison with a collation template stored as authentication history at the time of re-registration is performed, and reproductivity improvement of a finger vein pattern of a registration template after re-registration is attained. |
