A mobile communication terminal having a detachable touch panel is provided to enable a user to attach the touch panel module to the terminal if necessary and detach the touch panel module after use, thereby reducing damage of the touch panel and facilitating A/S(After Service) even when the touch panel is damaged. A mobile communication terminal(A) having a detachable touch panel module(20) comprises the followings: a terminal main body(10) which has a built-in electronic device such as a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) or the like, has a keypad for inputting signals of characters or symbols and has an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) for displaying various video information; the touch panel module(20) which is installed to be detached from the LCD of the terminal main body(10); and a connector(30) for connecting the terminal main body(10) to the touch panel module(20) through a circuit.
