A sipe panel for molding a sipe for a pneumatic tire is provided to hold an exterior shape of the sipe and to form a support section without decreasing noise, wet, and snow performance by vertically and horizontally bending the surfaces of grooves between blocks while coming into contact with the road surface. The sipe panel(100) for molding a sipe for a pneumatic tire is formed like a plate-shaped square of the predetermined thickness and composed of a first groove(110) formed on one side and a second groove(120) formed vertically to the first groove to communicate with the first groove. The first and second grooves are formed like a half circle with a predetermined radius(R). The radius of the first and second grooves is 1.5~3 times as big as thickness(a) of the sipe panel.
