PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for a cyclic olefin resin, which allows formation of a hard coat layer comprising a cured coating film and having high scratch resistance, excellent adhesiveness to a cyclic olefin resin and little coloring by applying and curing the composition on a surface of a cyclic olefin resin, and to provide a cyclic olefin resin film using the above composition.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable composition comprising an active energy ray-curable compound (A) and a (meth)acrylate (B) having a phosphoric acid group is used. In particular, the active energy ray-curable composition for a cyclic olefin resin used contains the above compound (B) having a phosphoric acid group compounded in a range of 1 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the active energy ray-curable compound (A). |
