PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a rotational speed detecting device, which ensures detection accuracy by preventing the deformation of a sensor cap or a fixing defect of a rotational speed sensor, and which has improved reliability by increasing fixing force of a nut to the sensor cap.SOLUTION: A fixing nut 22 includes, at an outer periphery, a large diameter portion 22b formed in a polygonal shape, and a small diameter cylinder portion 22c provided in a protruded manned at an end portion of the large diameter portion 22b. The small diameter cylinder portion 22c is inserted in a bored hole 21 till an end surface of the large diameter portion 22b comes in contact with a side surface on an outer side of a bottom portion 18c of a sensor cap 18, and a diameter of an end portion of the small diameter cylinder portion 22c is expanded by plastic deformation to integrally fix the fixing nut 22 with the bottom portion 18c of the sensor cap 18. At least two tongue pieces 36 are disposed opposite to each other near the bored hole 21 of the sensor cap 18 by being louvered, and engaged with a flat surface of the large diameter portion 22b of the fixing nut 22. |
