PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation system and a calculation method of a solar radiation index value, capable of calculating the index value which is highly accurate, allows passive layout energy-saving effect to be evaluated, is in line with the actual condition of an actual building, and has a high utility value.SOLUTION: A computer 21 or a server 11 includes: means having district score storage means for storing district specific information specifying a construction district of a building and a district score obtained by numerizing an influence of weather of the construction district on solar radiation effect linking them to each other, and summing up the amounts of solar radiation of a plurality of azimuths of the building to obtain an amount of multiple azimuths solar radiation; means for deriving a district correction coefficient from the district score by receiving district specific information concerning the building and by acquiring the district score corresponding to the district specific information of the building; and means for calculating a solar radiation effect score by receiving information of the total floor area of the building, dividing the amount of multiple azimuths solar radiation of the building by the total floor area to calculate an amount of multiple azimuths solar radiation per unit area, and multiplying the amount of multiple azimuths solar radiation per unit area by the district correction coefficient. |
