摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing advance operation of a linear and large ignition timing advance angle in a state of maintaining stable ignition operation, by surely eliminating the occurrence of a misfire in a high speed area of an internal combustion engine, while providing a sufficiently low starting speed, by switching electrically continuing time of a second switching element for checking a trigger by a backward voltage quantity of trigger coil voltage so as to become shorter in the high speed area than a low speed area of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This capacity discharge type igniter for the internal combustion engine having a trigger coil, provides the linear and large ignition timing advance angle in response to stable ignition operation and an increase in a rotating speed from a low speed, by switching the electrically continuing time of a control switching element for bypassing the backward voltage quantity v2b of the trigger coil voltage v2 so as to become shorter in the high speed area than the low speed area.
