PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform work when removing asbestos of a ceiling part requiring a scaffold in a building. SOLUTION: In curing, while eliminating cleaning labor by putting the scaffold in an unpolluted state by the asbestos by curing only an upper part of the scaffold not in the whole indoor space, a negative pressure/dust collector to be installed can be miniaturized, or the number can be reduced by reduction in a curing space.
