PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet having cooling effects of the head part heightened by allowing the wind caused by driving, to flow down between the inside of the helmet and the head to carry out the deodorization of sweat smell and the removal of moisture, having heightened shock-absorbing effects and enabling stable wear by improving fitting properties at wearing. SOLUTION: The helmet H has a first cushioning body 3 arranged in the inside of a head top part of a liner 2, and at least right and left pair of second cushioning bodies 4 arranged in the inside of side head parts of the liner 2 so as to be separated by an air passage 7 starting from the inside of the front head part of the liner, surrounding the first cushioning body 3 and connected to the inside of the rear head part of the liner 2. The first cushioning body 3 comprises a bag body 32 including a gel 33 sealed therein, and each of the second cushioning bodies 4 is constituted of a bag body 41 including charcoal powder 40 and having air permeability, and the inner overlapping periphery edges 46 of the bag body 41 are closed to the air passage 7.
