PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an image processing program for maintaining spatial frequency gain of an image when a setting for sensitivity is increased, while avoiding the image quality deterioration as well. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with a first imaging means (12 to 15, 20) for imaging an object and generating a first image (an actual photographed image 40), a second imaging means (12 to 15, 20) for imaging the object and generating a second image (a through image 30) with a lower noise level than the first image, and a composition means 15 for combining brightness information of the first image and one or more color difference information of the second image, and generating a third image.
