A system for treating carbon monoxide for a fuel cell is provided to minimize adsorption of liquid water onto a catalyst, thereby maintaining the catalytic activity, to prevent a delay in the initial driving of the system, and to improve the quality and reaction efficiency of the overall system. A system(100) for treating carbon monoxide for a fuel cell by reducing the concentration of carbon monoxide through selective oxidation of carbon monoxide contained in a reforming gas, comprises: a catalytic reaction unit(40) including a catalyst(41) for accelerating the selective oxidation; a flow path(31) for introducing the reforming gas into the catalytic reaction unit; and a condensed water storage unit(60) for storing the water in the reforming gas, condensed at least partially while passing through the flow path.
