PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rinser wastewater recovery system capable of reducing the amount of water used in a filling process. SOLUTION: The rinser water from a UHT sterilization machine 3 is branched on the way to be supplied to a bottle rinser 2b and a cap rinser 2e. The rinser wastewater from the bottle rinser 2b and the rinser wastewater from the cap rinser 2e are once allowed to meet with each other in a finish washing machine 2g to be used in finish washing. The finish wastewater from the finish washing machine 2g is collectively recovered in a recovery device 4 and subjected to predetermined treatment to be returned to the UHT sterilization machine 3.
