PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table which can certainly hold a top plate at a predetermined angle and without shaking. SOLUTION: The folding table includes the top plate 1, a pair of leg frames 3, 3 which is arranged in the light and left of the top plate 1 and is provided with a leg section 4 extending in back and forth directions to the lower end part, and a top plate frame 2 which integrally connects the upper end parts of a pair of these leg frames and supports the top plate 1 in the horizontal section 2a, the top plate 1 is connected to the top plate frame 2 in a connector 5 and can turn around an axis, and the connector 5 has a locking mechanism which holds the top plate 1 at turning angles of two or more steps.
