摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite positioning system that has a high precision and is very fast in processing speed even in the case of a very weak static-laden signal from a satellite. <P>SOLUTION: A satellite positioning system in which a receiving terminal having an internal oscillation section receives a signal from a satellite and calculates a pseudo-distance from the satellite according to the signal thus received. The receiving terminal obtains a large number of pieces of data incrementally lagging a slight amount of time i behind data corresponding in a predetermined amount of time T to a signal obtained by eliminating, from the received signal, the value of a frequency error due to the Doppler effect of the satellite. Next, the large number of pieces of data are divided into a plurality of blocks B, and each of the blocks B is subjected to correlated calculation and FFT computation in sequence. Then, the value of a frequency error in the internal oscillation section is detected by synchronously adding data acquired through computation for each block B.
