<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor capable of measuring a DC current flowing through a current passage having various states. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor is equipped with a sensor body 2 constituted integrally with a magnetic field sensor 11, wherein a plurality of flexible magnetic sheets 12 are disposed on both surfaces of the flexible magnetic field sensor 11. The magnetic field sensor 11 is equipped with a magnetic film 21; a pair of insulating sheets disposed across the magnetic film 21; and an excitation winding 22 and a detection winding 23 constituted respectively by connecting mutually through holes, a plurality of wiring patterns disposed on either insulating sheet between the insulating sheets and a plurality of wiring patterns disposed on the other insulating sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
