<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environmentally friendly papermaking device of a waste paper recycling apparatus, which is installable in the inside of a small-scale store or the like at a low running cost and capable of holding high confidentiality. <P>SOLUTION: The papermaking device 3 includes a papermaking step part 10 for forming a slurry-like pulp suspension PS fed from a pulp producing part 2 in the former step into a sheet of a wet web RPO, a drying step part 12 for drying the wet web RPO formed into the sheet in the papermaking step part 10 into recycled paper RP and a treating conveyor 15 extending across the overall length of the papermaking step and the drying step in the papermaking step part 10 and the drying step part 12. The treating conveyor 15 is formed into a state of a net belt conveyor in which a net-like belt 20 of a net structure composed of innumerable meshes for filtering and dewatering the pulp suspension PS runs. Thus, there is no need of transferring conveyors when the sheet of the formed wet web changes the steps from the papermaking step to the drying step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
