<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse bias treatment device which is capable of efficiently carrying out reverse bias treatment to a solar battery module in which a plurality of stages of solar battery cells are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: The reverse bias treatment device of a solar battery module removes a short circuit by impressing a reverse bias voltage between electrodes of solar battery cells adjacent to each other to the solar battery module which has a plurality of stages of solar battery cells in which a first electrode layer, a semiconductor layer and a second electrode layer are laminated sequentially on a substrate. The device is provided with: a plurality of stages of probes contacting with the electrodes of three stages or more of solar battery cells adjacent to each other; a changeover switch selecting a pair of probes which applies a reverse bias voltage between an optional pair of solar battery cells adjacent to each other from among the plurality of stages of probes; a rasing/lowering means which raises and lowers the plurality of stages of probes integrally; and a stepping mechanism which moves the plurality of stages of probes integrally toward upper part of the solar battery cells that needs to be applied with the reverse bias treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
