PROBE UNIT FOR INSPECTING DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A probe unit for the display panel inspection is provided to secure the contact stability by controlling the contact pressure between a pattern glass and the probe. CONSTITUTION: A first assembly(200) transfers an electric signal to electrode pads on one of a group of even columns or a group of odd columns of a display panel. A second assembly(300) transfers the electric signal to the electrode pads on the remaining group of columns of the display panel. A slide block(400) is installed slidably in a main body to fix assemblies.
