PURPOSE: A composition and method for controlling aging is provided to recover biological function of senescent cells and improve the expression of integrin alpha v. CONSTITUTION: A composition for controlling aging contains an extracellular component. The extracellular matrix is obtained by culturing cells from mammalian fibroblasts. The composition further contains siRNA(small interfering RNA) and antibody to integrin alpha v. A method for controlling aging comprises: a step of culturing young cells such as human fibroblasts to obtain extracelluar matrix; and a step of inoculating senescent cells without more division.
