PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity feeder that is capable of stably and continuously feeding fixed quantities of a feed material, even when the feed material is viscous soil with a comparatively high moisture content, and that has a relatively simple and inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A fixed quantity feeder 100 for feeding fixed quantities of a feed material is constituted of: a casing 101 into which the feed material is carried; and a screw type conveyor 121 installed below the casing 101 to transport the feed material fed from the casing 101. Further, the feeder includes a cylindrical tunnel part 122A that encloses the outer periphery of a spiral blade, on a downstream side in a conveyance direction of the spiral blade which is provided around a rotation center of the screw-type conveyor 121. In the feeder, the feed material conveyed while pressurized by the tunnel part 122A is discharged from an outlet 123 and fed downstream in fixed quantities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
