This food package is obtained by vacuum packaging meat using a packaging material comprising a film, followed by heat treating to heat-shrink the packaging material, wherein the film has an area shrinkage rate of 70-90% when immersed in hot water at 80°C for 10 seconds, the heat treatment temperature is 75-90°C, and the amount of meat is 1-15 kg, inclusive. |
