PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a top coat layer which has high transparency from the viewpoint of designability, and excellent scratch resistance of the surface and resistance against post workability that is not affected by post working such as V-groove working.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 formed of a plurality of resin layers has at least a top coat layer 5 to which a dispersant converted into a vesicle by a supercritical reverse phase evaporation method and inorganic fine particles are added.
